Insurance Sales Agent - 1099 Remote Role

Role Overview

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll operate as an independent contractor marketing Medicare-related products as well as life and ancillary products with the backing and expertise of Campbell Benefits Group. You’ll have the flexibility to choose between field sales, telesales, or a hybrid model, and you’ll have full control over your business operations as this is not a captive role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent sales agent focusing on Medicare products.

  • Flexibility to work via field sales, telesales, or a hybrid model.

  • Marketing yourself and the products you sell with ongoing support and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Active and up-to-date licenses (Health, Med Supp, and Life). Can’t sell it if you aren’t licensed!!

  • Strong sales and insurance knowledge - you are your clients’ expert advisor.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- how you convey your message determines your success.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit is a must! This is your business - make it what you will.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based salary. Contracts are based on street level commission with additional bonuses and overrides available based on production. Medicare Advantage contracts include an override for each policy effectuated.
